AHR Final Grant Report
The purpose of this final report is for the grantee to report to the funder how the grant and your work under the grant, have impacted or “made a difference” in the West Georgia communities you serve. Please refer to the goals and objectives you provided in your AHR grant request and specifically describe how the AHR grant helped you to achieve those goals. Please provide specific data and anecdotes to describe this impact. Be as brief, but specific as possible in completing the final report form.
Reporting Deadline: Your organization may choose to submit the final report at any time during the grant year if the AHR funded work/programing has been completed and all grant funds drawn down and utilized. However, the final deadline by which the report must be submitted is within one year of the date the grant was awarded.
