<strong><span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>We fund:</span></strong>
<strong>The Alice Huffard Richards Nonprofit Leadership & Capacity Building Program</strong>, a series of workshops designed to strengthen the capacity of individual 501c nonprofits and build the overall capacity of our nonprofit community. Examples of offerings are Board Boot Camp, Excellence in Volunteer Mgt. and the comprehensive AHR Nonprofit Leadership Initiative for nonprofit executives. Annual offerings and training dates are posted as they become available.

<li>Participation and skill improvement by nonprofit leaders (pre and post testing of participants)</li>
<li>Participation and improved effectiveness by governing board members (pre and post testing)</li>
<li>Improvements in nonprofit effectiveness via pre and post testing and surveys from GCN.</li>
