To provide funds for public school music, art and drama programs located in Carroll, Haralson and Heard counties.
State certified music, art and drama teachers in a public school located in Carroll, Haralson or Heard counties for grades Pre K through 12. Funds may be used to purchase supplies, supplemental teaching material, or secure the services of an outside artist. Funds may not be used to purchase band uniforms. Projects can be funded up to a maximum of $1,000 or can be partially funded.
Teachers teaching at more than one school may apply for a grant for each school. (Not limited to one grant per teacher)
THIS GRANT MAY NOT BE USED FOR CLUBS OR AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS.
If a grant is awarded, the funds must be used within 12 months of award date. The applicant will then submit a final report. Applicant grants the Foundation the right to use their name, photo and information about the grant in publicity. The final report can be found here
All applications must be completed and received by the Foundation by March 31, 2018.
