Meet Jeri Shaffer, MPAcc

Jeri Shaffer serves as Accountant at CFWG, supporting the financial operations of the organization with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and stewardship. She plays an important role in preparing and verifying grants, helping ensure that funds are distributed to support the community.

Through her work, Jeri has a unique window into the generosity of the region. She finds meaning in seeing firsthand the compassion and kindness of donors and the impact those gifts make before they ever reach their final destination.

Being part of the Community Foundation continually reminds Jeri that, even in a fast-moving and often challenging world, there are still many good people who care deeply about their neighbors and are willing to give to make a difference.

Outside of work, Jeri enjoys putting things together, reading, crafting, and tinkering. She also cherishes time spent supporting her son in all that he does.
