Important Things to Know
Grant Request Timing and Payment Information
When scheduling or submitting a grant request, please allow 15–30 days for processing and payment. This lead time allows our team to complete due diligence, approval, and payment steps.
Grants of $1,000 or more are typically sent via ACH (direct deposit) for faster, more secure delivery. Payments under $1,000, or those requiring special handling, may be issued by check.
If you have a specific reason to request a check instead of ACH, please note this when submitting your grant request.
Grant Request Date vs. Grant Payment Date
The grant request date is the day you submit your grant recommendation through the Fund Advisor Portal. This marks the start of the grant processing period, during which our team reviews and prepares the grant for approval and payment.
The grant payment date is the day the payment is issued—either when a check is mailed or when an ACH transfer is sent to the recipient organization.
Please keep in mind that payments are typically made within 15–30 days after the grant request date.
